The Redding Chamber of Commerce continues their legacy of involvement in vetting local candidates and will be hosting the first of two Shasta County Supervisor Candidate forums on Wednesday, April 6th at 5pm at the Sheraton Hotel at the Sundial Bridge. The forum will be moderated by Chamber President & CEO, Jake Mangas.
The Redding Chamber of Commerce is committed to providing trusted information on local candidates running for office while abiding by their “C.I.T.Y.” plan, to lead with Credibility, Integrity, Transparency, and You, the voice of their members. The Chamber wants to be sure that the most important issues you face are brought to the attention of those seeking public office and will be surveying it’s membership to help set the direction of the questions asked at the forums.
Additionally, digital voter guides will be released, featuring interviews with candidates in races of importance as identified by the Chamber’s Government Affairs Committee that is currently under formation.
